The girl at the counter was very nice taking our order, the place was clean and the service was fast. The coffee was very good

We live 5 mins away from our local Burger Urge and we ordered takeaway and our food was so cold when we went to eat it at home.The bread bun had been changed and it wasn't nice.

Dear K&Co, I'm writing to share my mixed feelings about my recent visit to your restaurant. While I personally enjoyed the food, my kids were left disappointed as the menu didn't offer simple options for picky eaters like a ham and cheese sandwich (not wholemeal) . This lack of options for kids was a drawback and negatively impacted their dining experience. I hope in the future, you'll consider adding more options for picky eaters to your menu. I'd still like to give your restaurant another chance and appreciate the opportunity to do so. Thank you.

Service on a person to person level was exceptional. I only dealt with one person & cannot say enough on her customer service skills & attitude.Only had a coffee, & that was as good or better than any I have had.Not 5 star, as it was a very long wait. To clarify that, the place was admittedly, packed.Definitely recommended.

Went there today with my Mum & Sisters. Tasty Food & Coffee. Tea wasn't nice though. Very weak & tasteless.
