Never have enough stock. Every sale runs out of stock within hours. Always mention to them but they don't care. They need to improve their inventory personnel.Don't have specials if you can't supply Coles!!!!Ill be supporting the independents

The staff here were incredibly rude. They snappily told us we had 5 minutes left even though the shop was signposted to be open for another 25 minutes. We mentioned that the sign said it closed at 9:59pm but they said the signs were wrong.They didn't let a man in while we were shopping, I assume because they wanted to close. They didn't bother walking up to tell him, just chose to ignore him.I won't be back. The local bottlo near the pub is friendly and good.We went on Friday 14th June

These guys are awesome. Apart from having a reasonable selection and a decent price, they helped me catch out a hit and run driver recently with their CCTV system. They couldn't have been more helpful and helped me with my insurance claim!

Brock, the sales clerk decided to shut early tonight.He refused to serve several people, saying the clock on the register already said 9 pm.It didn't. The time on all our phones said 8.55pm.After driving to the store to beat the closing time, I can't understate how extremely frustrated I was to be told my clock was wrong and to go somewhere else.It is disappointing that staff like Brock decide that leaving early is bigger than maintaining the standards of the brand. Westfarmers, check the clock on the register and have a chat with Brock.Save yourself the headache & go to Mr Liquor, Lock Stock and Bottle, or Dan Murphy's.
