Reefe Pumps

We had a Reefe pump fail on our new home just over 12 months from possession and because of the Xmas/New Year break we could not get in touch with the plumber or builder to assist with warranty. We do not have reticulated mains water as an alternative making this a significant issue. I decided to contact Reefe directly to see if we could initiate a warranty replacement. A very pleasant discussion with John Kearly resulted in a new pump replaced under warranty sent directly to my home.Knowing this company stands firmly behind their product and a general consensus the Reefe brand is a reliable quality brand, we have opted to purchase a second pump to keep in storage as a direct drop in replacement at end of life failure of the replacement pump.Excellent customer support, 5 stars is not enough!

I called Reefe pumps with a technical question and spoke with Conrad who picked up the phone. This is how you do customer service. Although I could have been directed to the shop where I bought the pump, Conrad was very knowledgeable and helpful, demonstrating in depth expertise of the product. Useful troubleshooting. Well done Conrad and Reefe!

I just spoke to John of Reefe Pumps. I had a check valve issue in a reefe pump powered storm water sump system. Excellent, thorough advice, pump has been fantastic and I'm on the road to solving a tricky issue.

Our Company has been doing business with Reefe for a number of years now, we have found them to be very spontaneous with our orders and they are passionate and supportive about the product the sell from Commercial - Industrial & Domestic items. We currently service a large wastewater pump station which has 2 x REEFE - RGS 15m - 1.5kw grinder pumps, Throughout the busy holiday period, the pumps are serviced aprox every 2 weeks to remove remnants of wipes and other undesirable items from around the impellers, this enables the pumps to operate without unnecessary overload and could eventually shorten the life of the pump ( These pumps are extremely robust considering the operating conditions). We've had very few warranty claims which were dealt with very quickly & professionally by Adrian Cooper. This Company is an absolute pleasure to do business with nothing is ever a problem we certainly look forward to many more years of doing business with them in the future.

My pressure pump from Reefe Pumps is an absolute pleasure to use. It's exceptionally quiet, builds more than enough pressure to suit a Multi-Person household and is incredibly reliable. I recently had an issue with my pump, and I contacted Reefe Pumps for troubleshooting, and I got to speak with Bradley, who not only quickly identified the problem, but in the space of a 10 minutes phone call was able to organise a replacement for me. I cannot recommend Reefe Pumps enough to anyone who lives on tank water and needs a pressure pump. These guys are legends.
