Highly recommend!! I’ve been seeing Kate for 11 months postnatally for seizures, depression, anxiety, fatigue & chronic joint pain. With Kate’s help I was able to safely reduce medications, and I can say she has been at the root of my healing and recovery. Every aspect of my health has gradually improved and I am now a new person. Kate is very passionate about her work, and is a kind, caring person which too is therapeutic.

Kate has been helping me throughout the journey of conceiving our baby girl and pregnancy. Due to high stress from work and other health issues, it was difficult for me to conceive, but Kate's reflexology treatment effectively calmed me down and and balanced my internal energy and helped my body prepared for pregnancy. I visited Kate for reflexology throughout my pregnancy as I was diagnosed with with gestational diabetes and I had read about the benefits of reflexology in managing blood glucose levels. From the beginning Kate provided a calm, peaceful and serene service, which not only assisted in managing my gestational diabetes (no insulin required), but also alleviated many of the typical symptoms of pregnancy (sore joints, back pain, insomnia). I always left a session with Kate feeling balanced and relaxed. Kate is a wonderful practitioner and a lovely, warm and caring lady. I highly recommend her services for managing pregnancy.

I have been seeing Kate for a year now in attempt to reduce the reoccurance of abnormal pre-cancerous cells on my cervix that I've previously had multiple surgeries for. After seeing Kate roughly once a month, I finally got the all clear for the first time in 10 years! She also works on every day aches and pains and can often identify problem areas like jaw pain, sinus infections, muscle tensions and stress etc by simply working on my feet. She is a very professional, caring and compassionate practitioner and I highly highly recommend her!
