I loved the food reasonably priced however it's hiked up a bit, staff were kind but quite busy on the day I went. I loved their burgers and even their nuggets.

Was kind of dissappointed as the shop advertises they have really fresh chicken so i grabbed the chicken burger combo but the chicken literally tasted like they heated up a frozen crumbed chicken and chucked it into the burger. The bun was beautiful, the lettuce and tomato was fresh the burger sauce was yum but in the photo for the burger i ordered it has red onion and cheese however the burger i was served did not have either of these things. The chips were great could have been a little bit more cooked but they were nice and had good seasoning. Overall 3/5.

These people take over-pricing to a whole new level. They want $32 for FIVE pieces of chicken OR $135 for a Family Meal. No, I am not joking. I know Katoomba is a tourist town but seriously?

The staff behaviour was unbelievable. So disrespectful because I changed my order in less than 10 seconds. He was so rude. Also the prices of the chickens are too high. Never going back.

Wonderful place! We love our Poulets chips, potato scallops, spring rolls and chicken and sauces!! Everything is so delicious here! Such friendly service too and wonderful owners and wonderful staff! We are repeat customers and highly recommend Poulets in Katoomba!

We had lunch yesterday at Poulets Chicken Express. The food was great, worth the wait which was almost 20 minutes. The menu is broad and there are many options for Chicken eaters. The spices of the chicken were spot on but the guys behind the counter were not super organised. I would definitely go there again but hopefully when it's less busy.

Getting pricey your a takeaway shop not a fancy restaurant. I get prices of everything going up but I’m sure you would get more customers if you kept prices down.

Been coming here for ages, still convinced they have the best chips ever. Chicken is good too. Yeah, granted the price has gone up significantly but still. people say staff are rude but i come here regularly and they are nice to me, would recommend.

today I went on a family outing to Katoomba and came across poulets and decided I would stop in for a quick bite to eat, I ordered nuggets, didn’t get chips along with it because they had no normal chips and were selling the really fat ones, not really a problem with that but when I acquired my nuggets I came to realise as went to eat them I bit into a dinosaur + it was a soggy dinosaur and I’m not impressed at all
