DS Electrical Melbourne

DS Electrical was subcontracted by our kitchen installers to connect our oven. 16 months later an electrical fault caused it to fail. A neighbour who is an electrician looked at the connection and suggested that the terminals were not tightened properly. I took photos of the burnt electrical terminals and sent them to Davendra who insisted repeatedly that it was a product fault. After complaining vigorously to the manufacturer (and waiting 6 weeks), they sent out technicians who fixed the problem in 30 mins and said that it was very clear the terminals weren't tightened correctly and that it's the responsibility of the installer to check all connections before issuing a certificate. Wasted a large amount of my time, caused a massive inconvenience for my family. Avoid.
