Kaitlyn and the whole team at Peter Rowland provided a high level service which made our recent Wedding at Butler Lane a very special and relaxing day. The communication and planning leading up to the day was very prompt and professional which took a lot of stress out of the process and gave us plenty of confidence in their experience and ability to manage the event. On the day, Kaitlyn and Graham were very accommodating to us and our guests and made the day run seamlessly. They worked with all our other suppliers such as music, flowers, furniture etc to ensure everything was delivered on time and set up. We would highly recommend the team at Peter Rowland and their venue Butler Lane.

We had our wedding at Butler Lane on March 7 2020 and it was the most incredible day!Amanda and the team were so easy to work with and made the planning process a breeze. On the day we felt so well looked after and Grahame at the venue took such great care of us! The venue was stunning and the team were so adaptable to work with some changes that we wanted to make.Thank you to Amanda and the team for creating such a special, beautiful day for us!

We held our wedding reception at Butler Lane and it was the perfect night. Kaitlyn was attentive and helpful throughout the planning process and everything went to plan on the day. Couldn't have been happier with the staff, catering and venue. Big thanks to the Peter Rowland team!

We cannot recommend and praise Amanda enough for her help and support with planning our wedding, she did everything she could to ensure we planned the day perfectly, especially when we were unsure our wedding was going to go ahead due to COVID-19. Amanda was so easy to work with and her communication was above and beyond. She listened to all our request and was so supportive when things got really hectic.The day/night was made even more special with the friendly and welcoming staff. Everything ran smoothly and they ensured we had a drink in hand at all times. The venue was set up beautifully. the food and service was on point.Thank you again Amanda and team.

Very disappointed to arrive an hour early to a performance at the Malthouse theatre this afternoon in order to enjoy coffee and afternoon tea only to find cafe run by Peter Rowland catering closed , no coffee available , no food available. Very poor hospitality and attitude by Peter Rowland group!! Please do better for the people of Melbourne!!

Re. note below I will add that we had a wedding with PRG last year and our experience was not good. Wouldn’t recommend.

As far as employment is concerned they are very rude people they gave me the run around for three weeks of me applying for me being a server serving alcohol and they told me that yes I have got the job and then they say no I don't have the job for me serving alcohol they don't know what they want for employment because most people have been applying for being servers and there was only one position and the problem is they are not decent employers.

We got married at the NGV in February 2018. Peter Rowland Group helped to make the day amazing - they were so easy to deal with, so professional, and the catering was superb. Our guests are still raving about the food! A special thanks to our event planner, Catherine Granter, who went above and beyond to ensure we could relax and enjoy our day, knowing it was in very good hands.

We had our wedding at Butler Lane on the 2nd January and we had the most magical day! Amanda and the staff at Butler Lane were wonderful we could not of asked for better service. They made the day run so smoothly and made us feel so special. The set up was amazing both inside and in the courtyard and the food was outstanding, every meal was just spot on. This venue for a wedding was so amazing!

Peter Rowland hosted my wedding at their Butler Lane venue and it was incredible. Their attention to detail is second to none, the food was amazing and the service was impeccable. A big thank you to the event coordinators on the day who went above and beyond in all aspects to deliver the most perfect wedding reception.
