Shearwater Restaurant
Lovely !! We had an impromptu family catch-up, returning to Coffs from Brisbane and decided on Shearwater. Well, what a delight. Brekkie menu, scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms, Smashed Avo w side simple choice, not always executed well at other establishments. It was this at Shearwater - Delicious, Thank you so much! Lovely genuine and attentive staff and really enjoyable experience. It's the little things that's make a difference.....

Delicious!!!!Had Oysters Kilpatrick based on someone's Google review, didn't disappoint - generous size and delicious. Also had the fish n chips based on our waitress' recommendation and again didn't disappoint. Tasty crunchy batter and beautiful flaky Hoki. Even the side salad was nice. Great coffee and wonderful service from the staff who you can tell enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend, will be back again.

We popped in to Shearwater with a large booking at the last minute the girls were very good to accomodate us. We all had a great time the food was really nice, I loved the snapper it was so fresh and delicious and came with party sticks which are nice too. The burger tasted great as well. The outlook onto the creek was delightful and after opening up the patio blinds the beautiful breeze was wonderful. The kids was left bewildered as the chicken nuggets were listed as crumbed chicken on the menu. Not the same, don’t disappoint the kids bro! The pillows of gnocchi were great but the red sauce was not as appealing and had large chunks of firm carrot which didn’t go well with the gnocchi, perhaps a creamy sauce would be better. Coffee was also extremely enjoyable.

A very pretty lakeside restaurant at Coff Harbour. I drove all the way from Sydney to try it out, as expected, the breakfast is super tasty, and the portion is huge. Not to mention its high quality cheese, beacon, and locally hand crafted sausages. Super yummy! It is a place I would come to very morning.

Amazing view!Prawn pasta was good although needed extra seasoning.Beef Ragu was nice but nothing special - smaller portion than expected.The sauce of Gnocchi was delicious but the gnocchi was a bit hard inside rather than soft.

Excellent quiet spot with beautiful view of nature. Fast friendly service, great food, took good care of kids too with nice meals & ice cream and drawing supplies. We had prawn linguine and barramundi, both great and the crème brûlée and sticky date pudding was delicious. Kids also said they loved their fish & chips.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything from Starters to Dessert. The pasta was cooked to perfection with beautiful fresh seafood and delicious sauces. The Barramundi was so good, our teen didn’t leave a bite on the plate. The duck was moist and flavoursome and the desserts were absolutely delectable. Will definitely come back next time we visit Coffs as this is our new favourite place to eat.

Had Eggs Benedict and was done very well. Great location sitting outside with river views. Service was very friendly and quick. I was able to use my Frequent Values by entertainment discount voucher and as an extra bonus they accept American Express. I would definitely return! 5 Stars!

Nice and calm place with a backwaters view. A perfect place for a lunch with family. Had a great time with my partner. The cocktails could improve. Reasonable choice for non-vegetarian food however very limited for vegetarians. The best part is the staff, friendly and welcoming. Would surely go back for a peaceful quality lunch.
