We were shopping around to buy a new car from last 4 weeks around Blacktown & Hills District but just couldn’t find someone who really was knowledgeable & could guide us to get the right car.Then we came across Indy from Heartland Blacktown who we found extremely professional knowledgeable & dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. David Dahibe was an amazing customer service. I bought the car from Canberra and he held onto it for 3 weeks until I could make it to Sydney to pick it up. He then even picked me up from the train station. Would definitely recommend heartland motors Blacktown!!!

I personally felt very poor customer service. Few months ago, I booked in for a test drive in advance and when I got there, I was told the vehicle was sold. They should have notified me in advance if that's the case. Also comparing to the other dealers, willingness to help is lacking in this dealership. To jack up the price, most of the stocks were priced with add-on extras, hard to lock in a vehicle as advertised on the Kia website.
