Scott has been there from day one, providing me with the information I needed to work out what my options were and what I had to do to achieve my goal of staying in the marital home. When it came time to apply for the loan, Rob took over as Scott was on leave, but they still kept in touch with each other. Rob's attention to detail and ability to foresee what would be needed, saved a lot of time. Even after the loan had been approved, Rob still followed up and kept an eye on what was happening and liaised closely with the conveyancing solicitor and it was thanks to his attention to detail and communication with his contact at the bank, that settlement occurred in a timely manner, otherwise it would have been further delayed. Scott was recommended to me by my brother who has used him a few times and I too cannot recommend him and Rob and the team at Cube highly enough. The professionalism, support, kindness and expertise makes them the brokers of choice in my opinion.
