I agree with other reviews - if no star was an option - this is what they would receive. They have let down 2 of our customers this week - no ability to contact them on a Saturday morning after failure to deliver to our customer yesterday. Absolutely no commitment to their serivce.

Hopeless, drivers or customer service cannot follow delivery instructions, rude customer service that hang up the phone on you, hopefully the place where we order our goods from change couriers because I dread putting in orders.

Promise the world signed contract not abiding by the law 15 year old worker at maccas gets more than what this company paid 10 hour days driving àll over nsw/sydney for $120 that is max other 10 hour day's even less 15 pick ups 15 deliverys for under $110-$120 0 stars is even to generous to give this company

Horrible service by their delivery team. The driver literally left two pallets full of stock in the middle of the shopping centre, and expected me and my staff to drag it the rest of the way because he wasn’t bothered to go around. When head office was contacted, they didn’t seem to care any less. Avoid at all costs if you value your customers.

Very sad on the customer service provided. Who is the sales manager in Victoria, please train your staff as this is total rubbish. Looking for a solution but it is a total failure.

Civic is a great Company to work for, I’ve been here for 2 years and have not once had an issue with anything. The pay is very good and always paid never late. We get a great work load of our operators and they are always willing to help out if needed. Tim, Mitch , Tony , Stuart , Brandon and Luke are my main operators and they are always willing to help us out with any issues. They treat us well not like trash as some of the other companies do. Also John , Aaron and the girls are always nice and willing to help out if needed. They are also good and understanding if you need time off as long as you communicate and let them know of your needs. I’ve needed to finish early a few times for my kids and they are awesome about it.If anyone is interested in Courier work Civic or Century and the best out of all the companies by far.

Great company to work for, my operators are excellent work out a full days work, that load you up and then drop off, not back and forth all day picking up a job here and there. My main radio operator Tim is excellent, he is friendly, polite and always try’s to do his best to help everyone. Goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

Drivers be aware.Don't join.i work as a suby and I get paid almost 270 per day. After fuel and tolls and ....u almost would be left with less than 180.consider I worked 9 to 10 hours per day

Great company, we have been using them for over 3 years, never let us down, very professional, drivers always on time, Reps always happy to help, especially Adriana, she is always there to answer our queries and questions, and more then happy to help. would highly recommend Civic as a point to point service and don't hesitate to give them a try!

If I could give them zero stars I would! Its a company run by idiots that directly ignore customer instructions yet want to charge you. They have made me fall in hate with their brand!
