Went to Ballina Vinnies the dress i looked at was $15 when i got to the counter noticed a stain so spoke to the ladyy and said could i have a couple of dollars off but she declined and said either put it back but then she decided to take it off me and said she would put it out again later after i had gone .I cant believe a charity treats people like that

The stock is what is to be expected from this style of op shop however for a charitable organisation who targets the less financially fortunate I think their prices are way too expensive and unreachable for those who need their services.In my personal opinion only, they seem to be trying to make money rather than striving to be charitable to those who happened to be unfortunate and doing it tough-I hope that I am wrong.

Wonderful happy staff at Vinnie they were so helpful to me, they have a leasurely range of second hand thrift to choose from aswell, they even have a convenient wheelchair accessible entrance at their shop an most of their items are configured at an acceptable reach level if one happens to visit in their wheelchair.

Arrive right on 12pm to a locked door but about 5 people in the store browsing with their arms full of things. A woman who works there scowls and mouths that they are closed despite their advertised Saturday closing hours of 3pm. Would be great to update the business hours online so this doesn't happen to someone else. I wasn't the only one who was disappointed.

Great place for quality second hand clothing at a reasonable price , a great place to volunteer to help out 1 or 3 days a week ( just because you can) welfare assistance available Wednesday morn between 9am 12noon all people in need are welcome

Went to donate clothes at Ballina store and was greeted with a rude lady. Who suggested that the clothes I was donating were not clean, they had to be washed.Infact they were washed and cleaned. So then she decided she wanted them.Too late, I went to another charity who appreciates it.

Lovely lovely ladies, I was looking for kitchen utensils after just moving into ballina. It was a hot day and the ladies looked after me and even brought me out a nice cold glass of water as I was suffering in the sun.
