Purchased a new Samsung phone with contract and at the same time ordered a top of the range Apple I Phone for my wife who was there at the first meetingMy phone was collected and we were informed my wife's phone order was never processedMy phone was collected, set up and I left happily with my new purchase.Three days later, with no tampering from me, my new phone managed to lock itself with no access or password entry.Travelled 90 kilometres back to the so called technology business centre.Service, knowledge and empathy 0 out of 10Was told to go somewhere else. Found The Phone Doctor who provided great on the spot service, quickly found the problem and sent me on my way.My Wife will now purchase elsewhere and I will after tens of years of nothing but frustrating Telsta experiences transfer everything to another provider.This problem cost me serious time and money and of course was not Telstras fault ha ha !!!

It seems telstra does not accept walk ins (even if there are team members in the store that are free), was told I should have made an appointment online (with a broken phone I couldn't). There would be hours in wait time but no guarantee" I could see anyone that day. Otherwise the next available appointment was 9 days away. Don't waste your time

Contacted Telstra business in late Nov to have services transferred to new owners of our business it is now 18th March and still no services. Telstra is terrible to deal with, won’t return calls, emails one excuse after another.They certainly don’t even deserve 1 star.

The girls were fantastic, even stayed after closing time to help us out.

It's not that this place of business is bad, the people are nice enough. It's just that Telstra, as an entire corporation are bloody useless. They can spell names correctly, or change the details that they misspelt, or send the correct bill, or cancel an account properly, or setup and account properly. They are the biggest waste of time, money and energy known to man. The fact that they are still allowed to conduct business is an affront to well run businesses. The service you receive is rubbish, the general staff from the call centres through to the service technicians are unhelpful, unreliable and unprofessional and my only piece of advice for anyone, is to never ever use Telstra. They are utter rubbish.

I personally have used this business centre twice and they are friendly, helpful, and I would recommend them!

The team at Telstra Business Centre Wagga are very helpful,they respond to issues promptly and are quick to follow up to be sure issues are resolved.We switched to the NBN and found our sales representative Luke excellent.Keep up the good work!

Great service.I have found dealing with the Wagga Wagga Telstra store to be just great. In particular, a salesman down there Aaron.Over the past 3 years I have been a little hopeless with my phones broken 2, now on the third, oops! After a few instances of some Telstra Shop shady dealings. I was all but done with Telstra shops & Telstra in general(Cairns store in particular). I was fixed to go elsewhere and report the issues to the TIO.I was in Wagga at the time (I live in Cairns) and thought, I’d go in and try to explain the situation and see what they could do. I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron here.Aaron has been very helpful guiding me to the best options moving forward. I find he is knowledgeable in the plans, what he sells and stands by his word. His firm and honest approach to sales is refreshing.I have learned to NOT expect this over the years.Needless to say, had I not walked into that Telstra shop that day I would have left Telstra and battled it out with the TIO and be with Optus or **Cringe Vodafone.Without a doubt I would only keep my dealings with Telstra as long as there are people like this guy in the business. I live in Cairns and only deal with Aaron at Telstra, now after some fairly bad experiences with a few other Telstra stores. 2 phones down and increased my monthly spend so…well done.
