Omg. From the moment we walked in, there was a strange vibe. Any question i asked about the menu was met with rude, short answers, like i was a burden. When enquiring if they had any vegetarian pasta the husband immediately responded “No!” A few seconds later the wife told me that if I read the menu, i would have known that the marinara has no meat. I asked how big the garlic bread was and was told “big enough”. I was blown away. Walked out. Seems to be a pattern with these two.

Extremely RUDE to me (as always) on the phone. I’ve been a loyal customer here over the years ordering for family parties and my local business - only to be hung up on after trying to put in a large order recently! Seems I’m not the only person to have noted this as other reviews are also stating that they have been spoken to rudely.Not what I’d expect in our Glenhaven community! I’m still shocked as to the way she spoke to me and hung up on me! Such poor customer service!!!!

Tried ordering a gluten free pizza for a coeliac and some normal pizza's for the family and was rudely spoken to on the phone. Wouldn't let me speak to even order the normal pizzas and kept hanging up the phone. I understand that the lady was trying to educate us that the process of how her pizza's are cooked weren't safe (which is great - no problem for this) but the way it was said and how she kept ending the phone was not nice customer service.

Glenhaven Pizza and Pasta is a great local family run business with a great sense of community. The Pizzas are tasty and have generous toppings and the Pastas are delicious. The owner Arthur is a very nice man and offers great value for money and great service. I enjoy having a chat with him while waiting for my take away. The only negative is that he is a Dragons fan...Go Parra Eels! ;)

Amazing pizza! Ordered the Gourmet Seafood family size and it didn't disappoint! Chewy yet crusty pizza base with stringy mozzarella cheese and the prawns... they were humongous and succulent! Plus lotsa other seafood... tender calamari, tasty mussels and salty anchovies. Yummeeee! Dined in adjacent park while watching some people play footy in the field beyond.

Glenhaven Pizza and Pasta
The staff are so lovely, they ran out of garlic bread and gave us two garlic pizzas instead of our roll of garlic bread which were both delicious! Pizzas were made generously and fast and of course tasted amazing. Would highly recommend!
