Johnson Psychology

After receiving a referral to this psychologist, I tried to call and book an appointment and this is how the phone call went:Mary: “Hello, Mary Johnson speaking”Me: “Hi Mary, how are you today?”Mary: “Look, I’m at work and I am very busy and do not have time for this”She then proceeded to hang up on me.As someone who has been dealing with extreme ptsd and depression for the last 10 years, seeking help is extremely challenging and matters like this do nothing but deter me further away from the system. I have specific anxiety in regards to phone calls and social interactions and this is the last thing I could have expected trying to seek help for what I go through. Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. Thanks for nothing.

I have found Mary to be very kind and professional. She is very good at her job and very caring. I would recommend her to any potential patients without a doubt.
