Great activity for the kids. Local, value for money, and with excellent instructors and a well structured program. My 7 year old twins love it, are motivated to get out the door every time, and are really benefiting.

Best self defence learning a traditional yet progressive martial art. Family freindly and a top instructor whose devotion and knowledge are second to none. I recommend this to all my friends and those who aren't. Also in a very easily accessible location.

A great environment for my son to learn and enjoy TaeKwonDo. Mark, Jessica and Daniel are excellent instructors who care about the kids and put in a huge amount of effort to keep the classes educational and fun, while ensuring the discipline of a martial art is understood.

Bedford Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts
I didn't know how much I needed Taekwondo until I started up at Bedford. An all round great place to learn new skills, build up fitness and enjoy yourself while doing so. I highly recommend giving it a shot no matter what your skill level. Definitely 5 stars from me.
