We have bought and sold with Helen several times and wouldn't use anyone else in the area. Helen is extremely fair and professional all the way through the process. She doesn't shy away from the difficult issues that sometimes arise with purchasing or selling. She is level headed and calming but extremely thorough. You always know she has your best interest in mind when negotiating, so both parties are happy with the outcome. Belinda in the office is an integral part of the business and is always helpful. Nothing it too much trouble for either of them. We would not deal with anyone else when buyer or selling in the Macedon Ranges.
