Awful telephone experience, so eventually gave up and went to their 'ask a question' option on their web site. They promise an answer . . . . that was three weeks ago. I am still waiting.

Why this is happening in a developed country like Australia. Cant call anyone minimum you have to wait 40 min, website is hopeless no help or no correct info.We are tax paying Australian citizens and this service is equal to the service you get from third world countries government offices.

Most useless and worst organisation. Nowadays if you go to their office, they will send you back to your office as they do not accept any lodgement or talk to you about a specific case. When you make a call, it just takes them more than 40 minutes to answer and provide some general information. Basically there's no effective communication. Unfortunately you can't really avoid them as every company is managed by them.

Been waiting on the phone for 2:44:38 now one lady answered transferred me then i had to wait again for ages almost 3 hours waiting on the phone RIDICULOUS!!!!

Unable to reach them via phone or online. Went to their office and it was simply a contractor apologizing for how pathetic ASIC is. Another taxpayer-funded joke. Late fee warning emails keep arriving though...

I would give a zero star if I could. No phone help at all. I am trying to fill out a Form 484 to notify of change but encountering difficulty and needed help desperately. They say they are busy and cut you off. They ask you send them online enquiry for which they never reply. Absolute joke and waste of taxpayers money.
