I took my computer to Fletcher because it had crashed and wouldn't turn on. He was able to turn it on, so there was nothing wrong. He remotely installed Microsoft Office for me and organised some spyware protection for me. I was grateful that he spoke in terms that I mostly understood. I appreciated that he was patient. He is my go-to person from here. Thank you Fletcher.

Great service and no hidden extra costs. I had a SSD up grade done to my laptop. It ended up not being the most straight forward job as it was a 10yr computer with the same age software. Vision Computing staff was more than helpful ironing out the bumps with the change over and no additional charge for the after service care (Very rear these days). Vision Computing was very prompt with returning phone calls and didn’t hide behind an emails, you actually get to speak to a person over the phone. Highly recommended.

Being a bussines owner and gamer in my off time my computer is critical for every day use, weather it be for invoicing, sending of quotes or getting a bit of down time on games. When it stoped working and my world started crashing around me I tried three other company's all saying it would be 1-2 weeks turn around which was not going to work for me. Finally I found Fletcher who said it could be up to a week but would do some research to see if he could resolve the issue quicker, with in 48 hours from contacting him my computer was up and running better than ever.
