Dropped in for an eyebrow waxing and reshaping. My technician was very skilled and talented. I also tend to get very red and irritated after waxing, but the product here was very gentle and wasent too painful either :)

Been coming here for 1 year+ for a haircut - done by my default go-to stylist Clement. Clement is gifted with his hairstyling skills and is able to identify how the haircut should be done to meet your expectation and satisfaction. Grown hair will not go out of shape whenever haircut is done by Clement - that’s what makes me one of his frequent customer - always leaving the hair salon with a very satisfying fresh cut. Highly recommended if you wish to get a good hair cut, and not to mention the consistency in good service provided.

I've been getting my hair done by Clement for than 5+ years and he has kept the same high quality and service since I first met him. He has an exceptional attention to detail with not just me but also with his other clients (male and female). He has such a large clientele that he has knowledge on all hair types and will provide tips/recommendations to achieve the style you want. Be sure to book him in advance as he is highly sought after. I have been a customer of Embrow since it opened. The services they provide for me include full body laser hair removal, skin treatments, and a weekly hair-cut. The beauty therapist (Sofia) who looks after me is extremely knowledgeable and her customer service is the second to none. I use to suffer from really bad skin irritations and redness due to shaving...but thanks to Sofia's advice on the right products to purchase and providing me with the required skin treatments the irritation and redness has dramatically improved. My laser hair removal has also been very effective. My hairdresser, Clements, also does an amazing hair-cut.

I've been getting my haircut from Clement for a number of years and he's easily one of the best hairdressers in Sydney. You pay a standard rate at the salon but you walk out looking like a million bucks.Regardless of the style or occasion, he will get the job done. He listens to your needs and always offers his professional opinion on what would suit best depending on your hair. He's friendly and a master with the scissors. I cannot recommend him enough, so next time you're in need for a hairdo, ask for Clement at Embrow Beauty!

Worst experience!! I spent $223 on waxing services today! She did an absolute awful job. There are massive chunks/patches of hair completely missed untouched. Room was super messy and mirror blocked with laser machine no mirror was given to check so only checked when I got home. Have sent an email also! Rooms are super messy and unprofessional. For paying $223 you would expect a decent job was absolutely ridiculous. Dont go here!
