Garth is an amazing guy. My wife's bike was in disparate need of work after she had an accident in the car and needed to ride from Weston to Belconnen every day. Of course every bike shop we contacted said your dreaming". Garth just got on with it and fixed the bike

After a 3 week ride from SA our old mates at Qantas failed to find our packing boxes. One call to Cycle City and a “no problem we’ll sort it”. Taxi trip to the store and we had 2 boxes ready for packing, at no cost. Awesome service and genuine dedication to the sport and its people. Made our day. Thommo and Daz.

Wandered in today searching for a star fangled nut after looking elsewhere and they handed me one for free.Really nice guy running the shop. Definitely go there again.

Garth is a great help, not only fixing the bike but discussing could it have been bodged in the bush to get back to civilization. Also when my brake pads needed replacing he let me do it in the shop where I found out that the front and back were different sizes saving me a second trip and an hour or so of my time, after buying a couple pairs the size of the front ones assuming that they were the same size

This is what a bike shop should be like. Super friendly staff willing to help, my only regret is not bringing all my business here. After driving over 5 hours to get to Canberra to ride, I arrived to realised one of my wheels needed some quick repair. I’ve visited 5 stores before this one, each one turning me away. The most notably 99 bikes, which were just rude and with whom I’ve spent god know how much money with to date.Anyhow, even though the boys were super busy, they decided to take 10km out of their hectic day to lend a hand. 5/5

The staff at Cycle city have time and again, gone out of their way to get me back out and riding as soon as possible.Knowledgeable staff that are skilled mechanics and more than eager to help out when they can.If they can't provide the help or service you are after, they are quick to recommend a local business that may be able to help.Highly recommended store.

Garth is a top bloke who knows his bikes really well. I've recently bought 2 used bikes and brought them to Garth to help me order new pedals for one bike, cleats for my shoes (overnight delivery!), new helmet and gloves, and a service on the other bike. It was the best bike fitting experience I've had l ever had. Shop local everyone and help a family out.
