Wilson Parking - 140 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane CBD, QLD Car Park

The worse carpark ever. The system does not work as described when you pre-book a car spot via Wilson website. After illegally charging the customer, Wilson carpark support does not answer your call. Also, they take ages to process your refund claim. Avoid this car park at all cost.

Signage not great. Prepaid the night before. Missed the turn because the directions weren't clear. Ended up paying over $80 for Wintergarden carpark on top of the amount I had prepaid because I didn't have enough time to go around the block and still make it to my destination on time.

Feels clean and safe compare to other parking facilities. Easy to book when you want cheaper parking in town. Can be busy in some peak hours but nights amd weekends are usually good.

Signed as Night Parking $10" in large neon signs. If you turn in and look at the tiny plaque on the wall that would not be visible from the street

Have been parked on Sunday 3/4/2022 around 6:30- 6:40pm ish their are parking rates big sign at the front said **weekend $10 ** ..so I thought that's flats rate then i have got the car out in the next day at 8:42am big surprised I drove off have to paid $88.09 for parking and I have asked some lady on the assistant she told me don't have overnight parking maybe is my fault haven't read all well and I kept looking on the the ticket said I have been parked on short term parking tkt Main -No. 002168 it's so confusing it's was3/4/2022 6:44pm4/4/2022 8:39am is said on the sign for parking rate 5hours plus is will be cost $89 and nights rate are $10 a night rate is mean 6pm - 12am?? if their are do not have over night parking available should have a big signs up so everyone can see it's clearly because it's on a good location some time can be in rushed it's better to be fair to customer can decide will park there or another somewhere else and don't have to feel been ripped off after, is so expensive for the car park as if I have had parked at the other car park not even far away from this one so much cheaper and the sign $10 weekend is a fool.

The worst parking experience of my life. I tried to pay for parking with 3 different cards and none of them worked. I definitely had enough money in all my cards too. Not only did the machine not accept my cards but it didnt even accept the parking ticket.After calling the person to help me, she was so rude and started yelling at me. Not only did she yell at me but she yelled at the other 6 people who had the same problem as me saying that she would not let us out without any payment.The machine is broken, no one was able to pay and the machine didn't even accept the parking ticket. How is it logical to yell at the customer?

Was not able to get down to the level I was parked in even though it was 40 minutes before close. Had to walk down the ramps a few floors before finally finding stairs. Called the number listed on Google for the car park to find it disconnected. Called Wilson and sat on hold for over 5 minutes with their immidiate response hotline. Pretty poor overall

I had to park there this morning and it was an absolute disgrace. I was in a wheelchair and had to get dropped off at peak morning traffic. My driver stayed a total of 11 minutes and was told there was no circumstance that she would be allowed out without paying. The attendant had no English and did not care despite being told on entry that there was a wheelchair passenger. The intercom person was downright rude and ignorant and cared even less. Apparently being disabled is not a good enough excuse. Despite having to avoid countless stairs because the carpark is so inaccessible. I would never give them a cent again it is an absolute disgrace. And because of the hold up the time went even longer so the total cost was $32 to drop off a disabled passenger for 11 minutes. I hope they are happy. Their own phrase was: We used the facilities so we have to pay for them". Abhorrent behaviour."

I’m writing this after being trapped in your car park for 25 minutes—at the boom gate—after your system crashed forcing all the gates to be inoperable.When entering the car park, my code did not work. I called your customer care team who said “sorry, grab a ticket and use your code when you exit”.When I tried to exit, my code did not work. I called again and was told to try all sorts of things before they admitted that there was a fault with the gate and a tech would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. You can understand my frustration with that. Being trapped on the car park ramp with other cars lining up behind me—who were equally angry at the situation.Seeing that I had time up my sleeve while I waited for 20 minutes for their tech to rescue us. I asked for a refund over the phone and they refused. I then emailed customer relations and they have not refunded yet and haven’t been remorseful about the ordeal.I will likely seek alternative parking venues in the future.
