Unprofessional. Took over a week to quote. Didn’t answer the phone. Weren’t happy with quote. Then wanted $100 as they said they had to take bumper off to quote

Fuel issue - concerns regarding the engine after this but though they were very busy head mechanic fitted us in.and was done promptly we were very grateful and relieved that it didn't cost us an amount we had expected.Great service highly recommended.

Paid $6100 to get 350 gearbox diff fitted to HZ to get 1/2 job done. Engine and trans at 6 degrees, engine sump hard on chassis and I can’t believe it was left like that, diff at 1 degree, fitted with flogged out locators, clueless on setting up driveline, shoddy work. I have spent endless hours and money to rectify.

DOESN’T DO JOB PROPERLYRude, abusive 3rd time back to get job done properly as paint coming off and electronics in car not reset. Will go somewhere else as got abused by owner for asking them to fix peeling paint. No care or responsibility taken. Rude and aggressive. Would go anywhere but here.

My girlfriend and I were in a minor crash to our little Toyota TownAce van Teddy when we were in Byron Bay, requiring a new bumper, some panel work and a bit of paint.From the very moment we went in to get a quote Aaron and Janelle were super friendly, helpful and informative. Their quote was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the other shops and they were able to squeeze us in in under 3 weeks for this 4 day job, whereas the other shops couldn't fit us in for months.By far, the biggest surprise and amazing display of their dedication to customer service was that they lent us their company van, a Toyota HiAce (completely free of charge!!) to use on the days our van was being fixed, because we were living in it at the time.
