Customer service people seem easy to get hold of but I have to constantly call for things that should be automatically done like after 3 weeks had to call for online access link as not sent ,also has to call for account number as not supplied. My online account has section for phone number but it's blank and you can't add it . Whenever I call have to give phone number as it's not recorded. Asked for preferred way of contacting in online account but doesn't let you add one. If my first bill isn't perfect I will be off to another company

Stay away from this company, complete scam. Signed up a couple of months ago as they advertised a good rate. Just got a notice that our rates will be going up by 60% on July 1st 2023! Now I understand electricity prices were due to rise, but a 60% increase is completely ridiculous. I will be leaving this company.

The Customer service rep. Melissa was great. she was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I got through fairly quickly on the phone and my issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. Great customer service.

I regret that I used your service.If I could give a minus star, I will do. For my latest bill, Sumo charge me $30.51 for Victoria Annual Electricity Concession. We are holding a Concession Card and Sumo should take it off our bill, however, I have to pay for Victoria Annual Electricity Concession" because we got a Concession Card. Well done Sumo

Beyond impressed with the service I received from Sumo. Called with an enquiry regarding my bill, not having to wait in queue to speak to someone was delightful and the phone consultant that I spoke to was SO helpful. He explained everything with the detail required for me to understand how electricity is actually charged. I really appreciated the time that he invested into explaining and also adjusting the charges to a cheaper rate. Absolutely love that Sumo is an Australian company. A1 excellent service.

Sumo used to be good, as part of the current electricity price increases they advised the rate would be increasing by 103% - making it a rate higher than all other providers! They have given me the option of changing to a new plan with lower rates until November 2023, which I have to sign up to before 1 July 2023. The catch is as I am waiting on my bill for my last billing period (i.e. which as ended), the new plan rates will apply to this bill also. So I am forced to accept a 103% rate increase, or to choose a lower rate plan but increase my already completed billing period by a further $100. Completely illogical. Option 3 of moving to a new provider is now my preferred choice!

Massive price increases coming for SA, they need to send people an sms as well, not just an email with attachment. It's like they are hoping people don't see the email so they can whack them with a huge bill after July
