Joel and Connie were amazing throughout the whole process. Joel's attention to detail and explanations made things easy for me to understand and he was extremely sympathetic to the trauma I have been through. I would highly recommend both Joel and Connie, Joel held my hand throughout the process and went above and beyond. You can feel comfortable if you are lucky enough to get these two to work alongside you.

This was a time in my life I was at my lowest and extremely vulnerable. Joel was such a lovely and warm person. I recently had Joel Tucker representing myself and Senior Legal Assistant Connie Larossi at our side. I was initially hesitant to go down the road of a legal matter that could not be resolved without some kind of professional expertise.From our first phone call, Joel was approachable, down to earth and at the same time professional with empathy. What transpired was a team that had my back and best interest at heart. It felt as though I was in the corner with Joel boxing in my place.Communication was first class and nothing was ever a problem. Connie too was fantastic and continued to keep everything rolling forward.All in all, a great team.

Joel always treated me with respect, like I actually mattered, my injury was real and I deserved to be compensated. Joel always used language I could understand, and explained what I didn’t. I was always kept up to date with where my case was at, and I knew I could ask questions anytime and I was never made to feel like I was a burden.
