OK delivery only

Guy in the receiving office is very disgraceful. He has no right to play with drivers booking time. Longest waiting time in whole Melbourne.

Extremely frustrating to deal with. Despite numerous requests for morning delivery, delivery always arrives around 1430 hrs, when the kitchen team is almost packed up. Venues 100 metres from us, get the delivery at 0700 in the morning, but we don’t. Consistent price increase and drop in level of service.Sales rep always ready to handball issues to other departments. Asked us to call the logistics manager !?! Well then why do they need you. We did call the logistics manager, gave us the requested delivery time for 4 days and then back to 1430hrs. When asked the sales lady why they can’t do anything about it, the answer is “it is what it is…”

If there is a zero star I would give a zero. Do not EVER go to this supplier. They don’t look after their customers. And the customer support team has no manners and not professional at all.

What good is a food supplier if they constantly run out or have nothing in stock?
