Very slow to deliver product that is stated as In Stock on their website. 7 days after ordering still no delivery details for the In Stock" Sony mobile and after making 3 enquiries I've not received a satisfactory answer. If you're expecting a quick delivery of an "In Stock" product & decent customer service give this seller a wide wide berth and pay the extra $$ for peace of mind."

After reading a number of reviews online for Think of Us, I was a little dubious about using them, as the reviews were somewhat mixed across various sites. However, the price of the phone was much cheaper compared to anywhere else that I decided to give them a go (along with insured delivery). In the end I needn't have worried - the purchase journey was straightforward and simple, and delivery was within the week.I used the web chat function from their website a few times, to track the status of my order; Thurice was very courteous and professional at all times, giving me timely updates when requested. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Beware - this merchant tries to obtain additional personal credit card information under the guise they are trying to verify you. My bank has marked this as suspicious.I have now had to go through the process of cancelling my CC and getting a new one.It is not a widely used process and the bank cancelled my credit card when they saw the email you sent me. So..I suggest if you are legit you change your practices.

I ordered a S5 from this company, long wait due to phone shipping from Hong Kong almost 3 weeks.Phone was faulty (old software and apps crashing), told to send it to them to have it checked. Phone has been at the post office for more than two weeks awaiting collection. I have called them/ emailed them several times, each time they say that they will be collecting the phone on the same day. No response yet!I'm considering reporting this company to consumer protection agencies

Abysmal. Had to chase them constantly to find out why my phone wasn't being shipped. No notification of this, in the end a 2 week delay from Sydney to Melb. Contact straight up lied by saying goods had shipped. When I asked for tracking number she back tracked severely. The small savings made with these unprofessional on sellers is not worth the hassle!

Ordered online for two cases, because used a credit card i had to have a token amount refunded into account before can proceed with order which has taken two days so far and still nothing in account. There are so many more efficient and easier ways to ensure non fraudulent transactions. If you want something quick, go elsewhere

The phone I ordered was delivered within a week which had minor issues with the charger. I called out for an replacement and received the same within few days. Was very hesitant to go on with this purchase because of a disappointing experience with some other online store but everything went well. The most convenient payment option Paypal is also available on their website.
