Overpriced and then some.... fancy wanting to charge $31.95 a metre for the same product I can buy online at $4a metre.... I try to support local business but this is absurd

I placed an online order almost 4 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped yet. I understand there are delays because of covid but nearly 4 weeks just to ship an order is unacceptable. I emailed the customer service team 2 weeks ago for an update on when my order would be shipped. Was told it has been moved to priority and should be shipped within the next week. It's now 2 weeks later and still nothing.

Lincraft needs exploring. It's amazing what they carry. Alot of hobby stuff as well as materials, knitting gear and bedding.Don't right them off. Have a look.

Limited stocks and a bit on the expensive side. However it is in a country town so maybe that is its limitations
