Don't shop here very unprofessional I have never experienced such an appalling Company. I have been in business for thirty years and can't get over their conduct. Invoices messed up hierarchy in another state don't know what is going on in the store. When invoices get messed up instead of investigating and owning their own problems they behave like head hunters and go after you with baseless accusations. If you need Solar gear best advice go some where else.They caused me so much grief and when it comes to honesty I give them a zero all they are interested is MONEY nothing else matters. Best thing I did for my sanity was go to another supplier and what a relief to my business. I have never written such a scathing review I believe we all make mistakes and part of business maturity is to own your mistakes learn and move forward but with this mob the only way they know is business dictatorship. Becareful to shake hands with this Company you will have to count your fingers when you leave.

We have been installing solar here in Adelaide for years and have had the unfortunate experience of being introduced to One Stop Warehouse by our wholesaler as a solution for battery storage systems. We have 2 current installations we have used One Stop to supply the solar for. We now have a house with 15kw of panels on the roof installed 4 weeks ago with NO inverters. We have another house with a battery that is tripping off every 2 days. We have had the run around from the top of the chain to the bottom. Misleading information by the Adelaide rep and not answering phone calls have caused a huge amount of stress to us and our clients. Our wholesaler who we purchased the One Stop Warehouse solar gear through is also not getting phone calls returned. I have been trying to talk to the owner of One Stop to get the matter sorted but the regional manager is as far as I can get. I'm sure someone at One Stop would like a detailed insight to the incompetence we have experienced. What could have been a successful business relationship with an expected boom in battery storage this year has been cut short by one rep. We can not afford to deal with One Stop for any future solar requirements with the current rep in place in Adelaide.

Great new location and warehouse. Ordered and picked up in the same day. Even threw in a couple extra end clamps. Awesome looking panel 415watt bifacial from AE solar, German tier 1 manufacturer.Thanks Cary Ramsey
