I bought my first pair of sketchers today. The store was busy so I had to wait 5 mins to get served. The girl who served me was very good. Knowledgeable and knew what I wanted. It was a quick and enjoyable shopping experience. Will be going there to get additional shoes from that store. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The female staff member who I talked to in store on the 7th of Feb between 1pm and 2.30pm needs to be trained better as far as customer service is concerned. She was indifferent and questioning when I brought socks in for a refund. What she told me that 'socks are not refundable but she made exception for me' was totally wrong as it isn't indicated anywhere in their refund policy, and also their customer service team online apologised to me after I lodged the complaint. Hopefully no one has to go through this unpleasant experience in the future while applying for a refund.

It was quiet when I went it. The gentleman was very attentive. The girl was also very helpful. They made some suggestions that enabled me to get more for my money. I could see they really wanted to help . It a great place to shop.

Visited the Westfield Carousel Skechers store on Sunday 10/4/2022 between 2 to 2.30pm, the retail assistant (asian lady with glasses, hair pulled back in ponytail) should be retrained on her customer service skills. Absolutely zero customer service skill - showed no interest in helping at all. She probably should not be in retail with this kind of attitude.

Girl at the counter just stands there staring into space and offers no help.I was looking to buy the shoes requried for my uni placement. I know skechers have the shoes and know they can be ordered in by the shop.On multiple occasions I approached the counter to ask if she had the shoes I was looking for or if she could order them or if they had certain shoes in my size and every time she looked at me as if I was asking for the shoes she was personally wearing and sarcastically replied all we have is what's on display". Good shoes

Very bad service. I went to Cannington sketcher to buy shoe for my daughter already choose the shoe and went to pay for it. The lady who was suppose to serve us to pay she didn’t want to serve me, She didn’t talk to me and went to serve other lady. So racist lady. When I asked her name she told me her name is Kiyana and she is the manager. Everyone I go to Watertown sketcher they are so nice this is the first time I went in Cannington sketcher and got this type of behaviour. It’s really heartbreaking.

Went there on Tuesday 7th January, the staff were unpleasant and unwelcoming, one particular one was so rude she needs to learn basic customer service skills, smile and greet customers and say thank you. She acted like she own the place and speak rudely not only to me but others as well.

customer service today was on point. I thought I was a sales man. Ryan D. Knocked me out big time. We came in to buy just two pairs of shoes today just two. We ended up walking out with seven pairs of shoes... what a guy.Key points:1. Friendly and good customer service.2. Undivided Attention even when we were browsing he would ask if he could serve other customers while we were looking at stock. He always had a smile the whole time.3.He kept us engaged and has good product knowledge.4. I ll be back with family and friends for more shoes...

Came in tonight, bought a couple of pairs of trainers. Elvis was an amazing salesman, absolutely ran off his feet :( (poor guy was alone). However, the service was still top notch, helped me with sizing ect. Couldn't give the man enough praise! :) he definitely deserves a pay rise!

Very disappointing customer service experience. All three staff here were super rude and narcissistic towards me, even the manager! Will never buy shoes here ever. Also they sell the shoes that have been tried on and stretched and ruined by other customers jamming their feet into the wrong size and still expect full price for an inferior product. Not to mention the obvious hygiene issues. You wont be getting any of my money.
