Adamstown Remedial Massage Centre
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Ryan. I went in with neck and shoulder tightness and pain, needing a simple deep tissue massage to relieve the tension however all he did was talk to me and did most of what little work he did on my lower back. I have been getting massages for all sorts of sports pain for over 20 years and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Complete waste of time and money. I'm only new to the area and unfortunately I picked the wrong place. I'm glad it wasn't my first time and I'm experienced enough not to go back, otherwise he would've milked a lot of money out of me for no result.

I couldn't speak more highly of my experience with Adamstown Remedial Massage - Dan was quick to identify the source of my ongoing sciatic pain, along with some other alignment issues that I didn't even realise I had. Dan explained his methods and demonstrated what he was doing and why. I learned a lot, and most importantly had the first good nights sleep in more than 4 months! My boys feels lighter, and more mobile. Very grateful.

Breast massage therapist in Newcastle. My family & I have frequented ARMC for over 15 years. Dan & Jake are very professional & have a vast knowledge of how the human body works. They have always helped fix any problems we have presented with, often in a single visit. They equip us with the knowledge we need to heal & continue on with our busy schedule. Love you guys!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. My partner and I have both started going within the last month and the improvements we have both noticed only after 1 session was incredible.They teach you as well. Their goal is to only have to see a client every 6months or so as a check up, which just goes to show that they are not in it for the money. They want to help you which is rare. Thank you ARM!!!!
