Great Lakes Windows

Nearly great!BUT having spent nearly $30K on new windows, it just seemed they lack the process to really present to the client the best possible final result. It seems to be a really good product, but it was left to my wife & I to clean the windows and remove stickers etc. What I don't understand, is how GLW can be certain none of the glass had any marks or scratches when they didn't clean them. (So far none, but worried how it might have played out if there was a scratch, and who might be blamed).We have had our final" handover of the ground floor windows

We are so happy with our stacker doors including the quality and installation. The staff in the showroom are so friendly and helpful, James made sure everything went smoothly. Brent was spot on with the measurements and Tom, Mitch and Liam worked beautifully together to ensure a perfect fit. Very respectful, hardworking and pleasant team - thank you all so much. As a licensed builder, I’ve tried many window companies and I’ve been disappointed plenty of times with quality. GLW on the other hand have always been spot on with my expectations of quality and price. Salesman Dan Edwards has been a great communicator since I started using GLW. I live and work on the Central Coast and although GLW are up the coast, I’m more than happy to shop outside my area for the quality and service. Thanks for your services GLW!

We paid over 33,000k on windows & fly screens for our house. The windows have not been tensioned and there are gaps in our fly screens and doors . Insects get in and it is poor workmanship. We have sent photos to the company and they sent out a rep but we have had an email stating that’s the best that can do. Hard to believe this kind of service and workmanship.

Have used Great Lakes on 3 projects now. Quality product and they have delivered within timeframes promised.

Brad and his team were faultless. From the staff in the showroom to the guys on site. Our exterior bifold door system was of premium quality and the guys at GLW delivered on time and on budget. Highly recommend.

Reached out to Great Lake Windows with some problems with one of our bi-folds in our recently moved in house, which happened to be one of their models.Made a deposit for a call out charge and had a technician arrive the following week, 7:30am Monday morning.Technician had left our house before 8:00am with everything fixed. Great work and great service!

I recently needed to replace 9 of thirteen fly screens in a property and have an additional 4 fly screen wires replaced in screens which were in good condition. 14 fly screens in total was the job.I approached Great Lakes Windows to ask about costs and how long the job would take. The response was immediate and extremely helpful with the total job coming in at just under $400. I was even more appreciative when having installed all of the fly screens there was one - the very small screen for the toilet room- which despite my attempts and another handyman the screen would not fit in. I returned to Great Lakes Windows and outlined the problem and immediately one of the staff came with me to the site and bingo in went the screen. I was so impressed and grateful - job done.So from start to finish, from receptionist who went out of her way to help, to making and to that final screen being installed i have to say Greta Lakes Window were outstanding and I have no hesitation in commending them and recommending them. Great job.
