Best experience in a pool shop. The customer service was thorough, informative and I was educated about our pool and its maintenance which I appreciated.Pool has gone from green to the clearest it’s ever been. Very impressed.

Don't trust them to clean your pool properly. they have been looking after my rental property for 12 months, wanted to charge me for a new Chlorinator cell as it wasn't working (when tested its working). Upon inspection of the pool from which they had only serviced 6 days ago our skimmer basket was putrid. When asking the business owner as to Why" they would leave it like this his response was they didn't have a sock to replace it. Great $69 spent on a rubbish service."

Good service and open on sundays which is great. Salt a bit expensive but they don’t charge you for water test which some others do.

Staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Stuey patiently explained all the ins and outs of the equipment I was seeking making it easier to make an informed choice. Installation of equipment was flawless Will be supporting swimart in the future

The team in the Robina store really are excellent.Nothing is too much trouble, give great advice and even better service. It’s really refreshing to go somewhere that is not just trying to sell you as much as possible, they just want to help you deal with your pool issues. As someone relatively new to pools I needed a lot of help and advice. From the Manager Hayden to the ladies who work part of the week - Thank you.

Absolutely spot on with their customer service! Some providers couldn't even respond to an email, whereas Swimart Robina (Hayden and Lyndsey) went over and above to meet our requirements - all with a smile! Highly recommend Swimart for all your pool needs!

The guys here are well educated in the pool supplies and very helpful. Always willing to give great advice. Prices are a bit more then say Bunnings for products but reasonable. Been going here for the last 2 years and never had an issue.
