In these unusual times sometimes it's nice to treat yourself with some cake. However at the cheesecake shop on Sunday the staff member was more concerned that I didn't touch anything... I was looking at the quarter pieces in the open fridge and when I reached out to grab a piece of cake the staff member came out from the back and without greeting told me I wasn't to touch unless I was buying. I can understand being more cautious in the current covid climate however the comment made me feel incredibly unwelcome and to be honest if they don't want you to pick up the cake ( which is in a plastic container) then don't have it accessible to customers.Lost that sale and this customer for future purchases.

Ordered in the morning cake wasn't ready to pick up at 4pm strawberry cheesecake had 2 rotting strawberries on top and the cake tasted as old as the strawberries not the best for an expensive cake.

Ordered online and we get there and they act like getting the last one on the shelf was us being “lucky” customers. No, actually check your orders and prepare next time since we ordered hours in advance. Now I have a dry cheesecake for Christmas Day thanks a lot.

The cake has been fine.But your a cake shop, wouldn’t you get a box that actually fits your cakes properly so they are portable? If you buy a high celebration cake the lid is just left open or ajar (by a few inches to accomodate) resting on the decorations on top. Your cakes are not cheap, perhaps provide a suitable box that fits the cake so they can’t get damaged in transit. The current boxes you use for the party cakes are not adequate or fit for purpose.

The best cheesecake we've had in a long time!We went to the Seaford store for the first time yesterday and the lennon cheesecake was delicious and a hit with everyone. Service was also great. We will definitely be back.

Sorry I purchased a cake online Thursday for my daughters birthday party which was today and 1 1/2 hour before party started I pick up the cake and the writing was terrible and her name was smudged so was not happy so not sure if we’ll be back for the next birthday cake

We always get our birthday cakes from this location without any hassles. This evening my brother was supposed to pick up his son’s 3rd birthday cake but unfortunately he had car problems & I had to pick it up instead (he called at 5:54pm!!). The shop was closing at 6pm but Brenda was a superstar who very generously offered to stay back a few minutes so I could pick it up in time. We are so very grateful for your kindness, it wouldn’t have been the celebration we’d hoped for without the birthday cake.Thank you thank you Brenda!- Fara

Today was my son 1st birthday and my partner asked for a custom cake. It came out way better then we expected. It's absolutely amazing!! I can't thank you enough and tasted delicious as it look. Would 100% recommend.Very happy customer.
