Well worth the visit! We were needing some guidance to choose the right machine for our needs and Richard was very patient and knowledgeable, showing us the machines and options available to us without any pressure to buy. But in the end it was obvious the Magnifica would suit us and we are very happy with our new machine. Price was also competitive.

After attending the Delonghi Lounge with no prior knowledge of coffee making I am now in a great position to begin and develop my coffee making skills. Jason was so helpful, generous with his knowledge and expertise. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend paying a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic service from well qualified staff! In addition to the lounge being simply stunning, the staff were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly - they know their products back to front. This shopping experience is what all shopping experiences should be - luxurious, attentive staff and quality products. We dropped in to the store on our way to the airport as we don’t have a Delonghi store in Brisbane. I had called ahead to see if we were able to speak with someone about how to use our machine for more than just a flat white.Joao welcomed us when we arrived slightly late. He was so brilliantly patient with us and knowledgeable about the Eletta Explore machine, showing us how to modify the built in coffee options, going through the correct cleaning process and even giving us coffee samples to show the difference of a few alterations can make. Highly impressed with the professionalism and warm nature of Joao and the other staff. Thanks again for your help!

What a great place to visit!We recently purchased a De’Longhi Coffee Machine from the stand at the Royal Easter Show. We live 4 hours from showroom. Signed up on line for lessons, had a couple of issues with machine so brought it along for our lesson. Joao and his team went above and beyond, extremely helpful and professional, problem sorted. Highly recommend, best service ever!☕️☕️

We bought the machine from Myer yesterday, but we don’t know how to use so we went to zetland store and Richard was very patient and showed us how to use. It’s actually a very good machine and there have the very good beans aswell. I will definitely recommend buying the machine from this stores rather other place, because they care about how well we use the machine not only about selling it.Thanks again for the help from Richard!

From the time we walked in to the time we left (2 hours later) Richard and Jason educated, entertained and elevated our Sunday morning beyond our expectations!Richard’s style of education is patient, calm and methodical. Very easy to follow, listen and retain the generous amount of information that was being shared with us. Also a great and respectful mentor for Jason who was on his 2nd day on the job.Richard went through all the pros and cons of the various coffee machines and gave us his honest opinion regarding each one without holding back. They also offer in store training to learn to use the machine which is another huge bonus.We didn’t feel like we were being “sold” to either like other retailers.And Yes, we ended up buying a new machine(lol) even though that wasn’t the plan as we usually shop around.However we know that we got the best price and won’t be suffering from buyer’s remorse.So if you are looking to buy a machine that will make coffees like your local cafe- please go and see Richard and his team - you won’t regret it!
