I thought it was time to go back to the gym mainly to lose weight and also to get a bit fitter. I was a bit sceptical about joining but my son was going to PSF30 and highly recommended it so I decided to join. What a fantastic gym, everyone is so friendly the equipment is new it's always clean, the prices are affordable, and the main thing is I don't feel uncomfortable. Sheridan made me feel welcome from day one and is so friendly, she always encourages you and she's always available to ask any questions.

I love PSF30, it has everything one could want in a gym. It is always clean and well kept, updated equipment, great location, showers, locker room, sauna, easy parking, great staff and awesome owner! Sheriden is super helpful and always so enthusiastic, she’s always encouraging everyone to be better! I have lost 20kgs thanks to her guidance and help. I will definitely be a PSF30 member for life.

At a later age, I decided to join Pump fitness - my first gym membership ever! Sheridan was happy to go over all the equipment and show me how it’s done. I also started personal training sessions with Sheridan, she is easy to do business with and a real people person, a great motivator, who understands life’s challenges. Sheridan is very organised, flexible, and great at keeping me focused. Thank you, Sheridan, for having a positive impact on me while on my journey to a healthier me!

This is a great gym with an intimate layout. All the equipment you need for a thorough workout. I recently returned to training after being a little inconsistent lately. Sheridan greeted me and noticed I hadn't been in a while and said it was good to see me again. This small yet significant gesture made me feel like someone and not just a number. Thank you PSF30 for providing a welcoming place to train.

PSF30 is a fabulous family owned gym, brand new state of the art equipment, clean and a great community vibe. Sheridan and her team are friendly, knowledgeable and lead by example to motivate their members. Always a great atmosphere and the best priced gym around.

I've trained with Sheridan for several years now and she has always been incredibly supportive, organising sessions around my work schedule, providing me with meal plans and advice for my fitness journey. PSF30 is a safe and inclusive environment for people of all fitness levels and the staff are always friendly, approachable and ready to help. I have loved being a part of their community and always appreciate the encouragement to go one more.
