Just thought I would write this has we have had just had a very good experience with Arron from Tech-aid.. both our computers went down and we were unable to carry out any work. I know that Tech-aid is not far from us but they made every effort to get to us within 30 minutes and we were up and running again within 15 minutes.. We have had dealing with Arron for several years and he has always provided us with great service and advice. at very reasonable rates. We certainly would recommend them to our many commercial and residential clients as we have found that they do provide professional service and advice.

I bought a laptop here about 12 months ago and during that process I couldn't fault the service and the advice. Even since then i have needed help with technical issues and the team at Tech Aid fixed it straight away and knew exactly what to do. I was back in this morning and they fixed another issue I had straight away with no cost at all.I will be recommending these guys to everyone. Best computer business I have ever dealt with!
