Shipping and Ordering: I like how Kiko & Beauty website displays the stock so I think you put great effort in updating your Korean make-up/skincare products.Also, I placed order on 28 September and due to arrive on 30 September (but I had to redirect as I was not home - so it arrived on 4th Oct incl.weekend). Super and fast delivery! 10/10Products: Wow, I received so many samples which I can use on my sensitive skin (more than 10 samples). Also, the products came undamaged in a sturdy cardboard box with long expiry dates, love the prices which are lower than other sites. 10/10

I have placed a few orders with Kiko and Beauty and they never disappoint. My order always arrives quickly and the samples they send are extremely appreciated. I have to say they take the care to send samples that are related to the products purchase and this attention to detail is beyond ordinary customer service. It shows care and is greatly appreciated. My only issue is they don’t offer Afterpay, otherwise I would be purchasing all the time :)

Fast delivery, excellent customer service - one of the items in my order was out of stock, I received the message 15 mins after completing the order and was offered similar product of higher price. Lots of samples related to the skin care I was after.
