Was there for work. Good size store. Looks like the standard, range of items, bargains and discounts are the same across all their stores.

Don’t go and ask for a refund on a Sunday. You will be greeted with every excuse under the sun. EFTPOS is down, internet is down, daily sales are low, coke back tomorrow. No store credit no refund no nothing. Just the person starting to hyperventilate at the thought of a $29 refund! Yup 100% poor customer service!!!!

The manager of the Rivers Victor Harbor store cannot handle a retail job, really rude to certain people. Shuts BEFORE closing time, due to needing to “cash up” why can’t this happen after hours? Constantly complaining about customers. It’s just a really unfriendly environment, something needs to be done!

Great place to find a bargain staff are friendly and helpful store is not overly big but has plenty of stock in it to browse through shoes are great clothing too

Absolutely appauling customer service. After standing for several minutes waiting to be served while the two sales people chatted behind the counter, I simply asked one of them (brunette girl) to check if there was by any chance another size of a jacket for my partner anywhere in the store. She was so rude, basically told me that if I didn't believe that there were no more sizes, that I could go and check in the back myself. Absolutely appauled. I made it clear that I was simply asking for her to check, and she sighed, and said nothing when I walked away. Later, on our way out of the store she stormed past me and said nothing. I will never buy from a place that has people like that working there, and frankly her behaviour is an embarrassment to the Rivers franchise. You should not be working in a customer service role if you are that rude and have a total lack of regard for your customers. You literally have one job, it escapes me how you can't get that right.

Discount style shop. Often find a bargain in here - always worth a look.Hard to see stuff as the lighting is not great and the stock tends to get jumbled a lot.Change rooms are also cramped with not enough hooks etc. Makes it difficult if you have several items to try.Still, it is a discount style shop.

The sales assistant was completely useless today at 1400h. Maybe new to the job, maybe had personal issues she was dealing with, don't know, but her product knowledge was poor, and her willingness to assist when approached was non existent.
