Amy and the team at Hair and Harlow Shellharbour have done such an amazing job to set up a beautiful salon for the full pamper experience. From the moment you walk in you know you are going to be looked after. The place is stunning and smells amazing, no stone has been left unturned to offer comfort and luxury (including an amazing cocktail bar!!)Most importantly, you feel welcomed immediately. This team work together seamlessly and every person is there to provide an experience for the clients.Amy is an absolute artist and always listens to what her clients hope for, while offering her expertise to provide some seriously beautiful hair makeovers. She has established an obviously trusting environment with her staff where they question, improve and continuously learn.I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I would like to start by saying what an amazing team at hair and Harlow Shellharbour. I am very particular about my hair. I had my hair done by a famous celebrity hairdresser in Europe and upon returning back home to Australia I had no faith in finding anyone else that would come close to my hairdresser overseas, until I met Amy. She was very patient with me and listened to my needs. She went out of her way to meet my expectations. The results where amazing, her attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. Olivia did an incredible job on my hair. Not just the standard foils and toner. Instead she used foils in the front, painted in the areas at the back, and stretched the roots to provide a lovely blended balayage result. Exceptional attention to detail, not just by Olivia but also the whole experience. Salon is beautiful. Basin room is like a day spa. And there was such a pleasant, calm atmosphere. Kudos to the owner. Love this place.

If you want to look your best, you have to be catered to by the best! Amy is the absolute best there is at her craft. No task is too much and she is accomodating and most of honest!! Really client focused!!!

I've been getting my hair done by Amy for more than 12 years and she never disappoints. Her knowledge about hair and colours is second to none and she has taught her team everything she knows ! The salon is beautiful and an experience in itself - from the meditation basin room with relaxing massage chairs to the complimentary cocktails and fun vibe, you won't be disappointed.

This isn’t just a hair-do, it’s an experience. From the minute you arrive, it’s evident that care and thoughtfulness has been put into every last detail of the salon and its operations. Soaking up the beautiful aesthetic while sipping a margarita feels almost too luxurious, and the hair these guys produce is insane. My colour and cut were among the best I’ve had and I appreciated the knowledge and experience that informed the style and type of colour that best suited the type and condition of my hair. 10/10 would recommend!

I was offered coffee, wine or tea to give a luxurious experience.I had a previous bad experience at another hair salon where my hair was damaged severely.
