Hi my name is Marianne Brown I provide Relief Education and Care at Milestones with Mary.Mary’s childcare environment is of the highest standard, Mary provides education and care which is outstanding and she goes the extra mile to make sure your child is being cared for in a safe and nurturing way as well as giving the children the opportunity to learn and grow.Mary has been a registered carer with Lake Macquarie Family Day Care for more than 15 years and is held in high regard there among the co-ordination unit.Mary and I work in together, and in consultation with the parents we are able to provide continuity of care, if Mary needs a sick day off or a break I step in to fill the needs of the children and parents.In collaboration with Mary, and the parents I always take the time to meet the children and parents alike before any relief care is given.I myself have provided education and care for children over the past 6 years, 4 years in my own childcare environment at Wangi Wangi, now I work with Mary in a relief care capacity. I work exclusively for Mary, so in the event of her not being able to provide care for any reason I am at call to fill Mary’s role, thus providing parents with the piece of mind that their working day will not be disrupted and their child is being cared for by a trusted and familiar face.

I highly recommend Milestones with Mary to anyone looking for care in West Lake Macquarie. Mary is an amazing educator. Very caring and respectful of the children and families using her service. Mary's care environment is beautiful with a lovely big backyard for kids to play and learn. We were very lucky to have Mary care for two of our children and can not speak highly enough of her amazing Family Day Care service.

Our son attended this service for four years from age 9months to starting school. Mary is a wonderful educator who provides a warm and caring environment for babies and preschool kids. The facilities are well set up with everything the kids need with a genuine family feel. The backyard with lots of sunshine, grass, trikes, cubby house and chickens are great for hours of fun. Mary puts a lot of consideration into the education program to suit the children she cares for and ensures they are challenged in a fun and interesting way. I highly recommend this service.

My child has been going to Mary’s for the last two years. I knew that Milestones with Mary was the right choice as soon as I walked in, Mary’s place is well organised and calm. Mary is a warm and kind person. Thank you Mary for looking after my child so beautifully.

Both of my children were lucky enough to spend their child care years with Mary. She is so kind and beautiful with all of the children she cares for. She is patient and compassionate and very understanding of each child, and family for that matter’s, needs. Her child care environment allows the children to experience a wide variety of activities and adventures, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to other families.
