DO NOT USE..shocking service…Driver forgot to collect my parcel. I’ve been waiting 7 days (and counting) for a courier to come and collect the parcel which was originally missed due to their driver error.Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare.. you can only contact them via email and it takes then days to respond…When they eventually do respond via email there is no resolution! Just “they are trying to organize a pick up.”Days turn into weeks! I’ve been emailing them daily saying this is urgent but they can’t sort it out!!Will never use again..

The absolute worst. They never ring the doorbell, they just say they've had an unsuccessful delivery. I tried to reschedule two deliveries to my house - they completely missed the reschedule date. I contacted them about both parcels, and they said that they would update the delivery details for both of them. One parcel has been delivered to a storage centre, not my house, and absolutely not something I requested, and I have no idea where the other parcel is. So frustrating.

Why do businesses continue to use this company??? Woeful! The never deliver, hold your parcels to random and have zero customer service. I will now avoid any company that uses them for the delivery. Telling me to fill in a form that doesn't change the outcome is just adding insult to injury.

Unbelievably bad! My parcel was onboard for delivery over a week ago but still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve been in contact with their call centre everyday and each time am told something new. I was hung up on after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and have spent multiple hours trying to locate my parcel this week. I am promised callbacks but they never occur. After finally getting through to a supposed manager named Maria, she guaranteed that my parcel would be delivered today (over a week since it was scanned on board for delivery). I called back this afternoon when it still hadn’t been delivered and waited on hold for 45 minutes while the agent tried to track down a supervisor but couldn’t find one because they finish early despite Maria reassuring me this wasn’t the case.I was told the driver has taken the parcel home with him. It has been stolen and the driver hasn’t answered a phone call from the customer care team in 5 days.Do not trust this company. Spend the little bit extra and use Auspost if you want your parcels delivered.

Can’t give -5 but that’s what you deserve. Most useless company. I want a refund on the cot your driver stole and claimed I signed for. Rang my bell and ran. Claims I signed. No cot. No customer service. How do you even lodge a complaint with a company with no contact options. WORSE THAN AUSPOST

Absolutely useless company - tried 3 times to organise delivery and each time they failed to follow delivery instructions therefore no one was home to accept the parcel, on the fourth time I was home all day and the driver left without ringing the bell. They then threatened to return the parcel to sender. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY.

Absolute most unprofessional company everMy parcel was “delivered and signed by me” only to receive proof of delivery stating parcel was delivered to the wrong postal address and someone forged my name!! I triple checked all my information and postal addressHow do you not send confirmation that your parcel is due for delivery and being able to track it with driver?

These guys are actually hopeless, and theives, they picked up a parcel with a service I paid for, and then lost it. They asked me for photographic evidence of a pickup (which sums up the level of their competence, I mean if you have a print free service, then when you're at the clients house... Wouldn't you just slap on their sticker for them and scan it?) To then further this, they properly insulted me with offering the pickup/delivery fee back, with no product compensation ($8 offered back, 300 lost)If the actual owner is replying, your link doesn't work, it's okay though because Aramex have happily taken my business, and they are doing quite well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Said my item was out for delivery, when I checked it a few hours later it was marked Incorrect Address"
