Bookham Rest Area

Good road side stop / rest area on the southbound lanes of the Hum HighwayPublic car parking and Disabled car parking. Public and disabled flushing toilets. Is a wheel chair friendly facility.Picnic tables that are sheltered.Has some flat spots.for campervans and caravans to free camp

Good place to stop and stretch the legs.Toilets available and plenty of parking.Careful pulling out onto highway again as traffic doing 110ks

Barney's at Bookham, great coffee cakes and pies. Also lovely local crafts. All served with a smile

Many years ago was part of the highway to Sydney and Melbourne, Bookham was bypass. Now they like Visitors to come in this small Town if you can, stop get a drink or food, help the Town and the farmers.Go to Barney's of Bookham, for cold drinks or hot food.

Gotta be the most interesting and unique rest area between Sydney and Melbourne - top facilities that were quite clean time of my visit. Plenty for all to explore metres away with a quaint church, boomham memorial hall and what looks to be a Cafe / burger joint, sweet!

Decent flush toilets and a good place to stop and stretch.

Dirty. Toilets and car park were filthy. Place needs a fire and then a pressure wash to kill all the germs. We pulled up as a family for a stretch and a bite to eat. My daughter's braved the horrid public toilets that have never been cleaned, and we decided to keep going. I'd rather fall asleep at the wheel than stop here ever again

A nice place for a break from driving. Toilets just OK. Some vandalism noted.
