I visited Hair By Tivo for a special birthday dinner and could not have been more happy with the results! I asked for a trim and some hairstyling from the lovely staff and walked out with the most voluminous, soft and glossy curls imaginable. Rita and Joyce provided me with the most friendly and professional service, even guiding me through some hair tips and treatments suitable for my frizzy and dry hair type!5/5, would recommend to everyone!

Hair By Tivo is a professional, welcoming and amazing salon! The team always ensure they are thorough when explaining the process of the service you have chosen to undergo; no matter the endless questions you may have, they respond in the utmost detail for your benefit! The ladies are extremely friendly, engaging and ALWAYS happy. The team make you feel comfortable and at ease with their luxurious service and hospitality. No matter the service, from a hair wash to a hair style everything is impeccable, clean, tidy and refreshing. They will not let you leave the salon unless you feel like a rock star!!! My greatest highlight is their keratin treatment, which has been one of the best services I have done with my hair! Good bye frizz, hello silky supermodel hair! Joyce and Rozette genuinely want you to feel and look amazing. Definitely recommend - they will not disappoint.

From the second I walked in, Joyce and Rita made me feel at home. I was so nervous to lighten my hair because of previous breakage but Joyce's knowledge and passion for hair was out of this world and instead I felt excited. Joyce taught me things that I have been doing so wrong without me even asking for advice. Her products are just as amazing as her. I walked out of the salon with healthier, fuller hair and that was even after it was pre lightened. I cannot fault the Hair By Tivo family in any way!

I have been coming to Hair By Tivo for almost 2 years now. I cannot fault their professionalism and they are so full of knowledge. I never have to worry about my hair in a weeks time as my blow-dry and styles last. I love when I’m sitting in their chair because they’re always boosting my self esteem.

Joyce has an exceptional ability to cut and style balancing what I want and what will actually realistically look good -showing her vast knowledge . The staff are lovely and the team does an excellent job at maintaining the hospital grade hygiene standard . Love it!!
