Lily was my property manager during this time and she was so lovely.. very professional but always really warm and friendly, just like Chloe,Sarah, Lenka and all of the girls in the Frankston office. Chloe at Harcourts did an outstanding job of picking up the pieces after poor experience with tenants which ended up at VCAT. The result from VCAT was very satisfactory for the circumstances. I cannot speak highly enough of Chloe's dedication to doing the job in trying circumstances.
