While there prices are reasonable at a recent service 8th August 2020. I found something on my chrome pipes when I went to pick it up. I asked what it was and Dean said they had used a rag on my bikes pipes while it was hot and some rag had got left behind. He tried to clean it off with a rag and polish but not all of it came off. When I got it home I saw that the rag and polish he used has but scratches into my chrome pipes.

I was a loyal customer to the former business owner and wanted to give Brendan a go when he bought this business. More than once he hasn’t bothered to return my calls and has consistently given the wrong parts and sold faulty second hand parts. After last weeks efforts to contact Brendan to no avail, I turned my attention to Sunshine Coast Harley and not only received great customer service, but also saved at least 40% on parts in comparison to Birds Bitz. I can’t see how this business will continue with such bad customer service and lack of sound knowledge of parts.~Sporty Nick

Bought a wheel tyre and guard from Dave, awesome service good price. Very easy to deal with. Tyre was even fitted to wheel which saved me getting it done!

Have just found these guys when looking for a set of cobra pipes for my bike on the internet they had all the right answers when I phoned them.I spoke to David the new owner ( last few years )who was very courteous and acknowledgeable and went out of his way to help i will be definitely going back to them in the future

Had air ride fitted here. Had a bit of a problem with the shocks so thought I’d give them a go at servicing my bike while they sorted the warranty job. On my way home from picking it up 5th gear started screaming at me. Not a drop of oil in the gearbox. When I rang about it, all I got was “I find that hard to believe”. No apologies. I have a witness and photos for proof if my box blows. Oh yeah!!! Still waiting for the part for my air ride too, only been a couple of months. Zero mechanical talent and zero customer service. So, I’ve had to order the part directly from Legend myself (it arrived in a week) and get the bike serviced again. Will never go there again and will tell anyone I know not to.

Very bad experience I ordered a crash bar from Birds it took over 2 months to receive my bars. This was after countless phone calls to them !! They claimed the order went missing at no time did they advise me of this ! They processed my payment in a flash ! I finally received my bars after more phone calls about my order ! When bar arrived they were the wrong one !! After more calls I was told that there was an adaptor plate to make the bar fit ? After waiting about 3 weeks waiting for the part that I was in no doubt not going to make the bar fit my bike, I again rang and requested a refund as I was over the lies Brendan was spinning me ! This was on the odd occasion he spoke to me ! He prefered to let his office girl to deal with it as he was not Man enough to stand up ! Very different to his website stating they are a family business with honour and integrity ? I sent the useless bars back and had Brendan's word that when I provided proof of postage he would refund me straight away ! That was a week and half ago still no refund ! Brendan is rude and even hung up on me when I told him how incompetent and dishonest he was ! I rang again last week and Brendan's usual would not speak to me as he was too scared and got his staff to take my wrath. It has now been over 3 months that I made a huge mistake of doing business with this company ! Suggest you think seriously before parting with your money otherwise you will end up having to go to Consumer Affairs to try and get your money back! An absolute disgrace. !! If I could give no stars I would !!

I had been trying to find a starter motor for a R1, very hard to find one these days, I rang birds bitz and they said they have a rebuild kit, the kit was delivered yesterday I fitted the the rebuild kit and now I'm back riding, I wish I had found them earlier.Thanks heaps!!
