Best customer service! Never a moment without a smile on the staffs' faces... and having all my favourite protein bars certainly gives them brownie points.

We love the $1 hot chocolates. The prices are not too bad for a service station. It is clean and spacious. Nice service.

Great choice of food and drink. Lots of petrol pumps, disabled parking and not too expensive with a bp over the road. The air and water pumps work well too I use them all the time so I know. They close around 10 pm or 11pm.

Nice, clean servo and lots of turn-around & maneuvering space around the bowsers -- a definite plus.**One tip about this place: if you're heading outbound, you bear left for Marshall Rd. and make a quick left onto the little access road for best access into the servo. At peak times, if you're continuing outbound (SW) after you fill your tank, it can be hard to get across a few lanes of traffic to then get into the left-turn lane for Moggill Rd. It's much easier to turn LEFT onto Marshall Rd and turn around in a side-street, or in the little shopping center parking lot there...If you're heading inbound, it's a similar exercise -- turning right at the Marshall Rd. lights, then that quick left. When getting back to Moggill, you should be fine.

The pumps are always clean here and fuel comes out quickly. Really nice service, all the time. Also has an ATM in store. Nice location, away from traffic. There's basic groceries for sale too.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE FEMALE STAFF. GOOD TO SEE OTHERS HAVE HAD SAME EXPERIENCE. NEVER EVER EVER COMING AGAIN!! WOULD EVEN GIVE A 0 RATING IF COULD.

Edit - this message is about the Caltex at the roundabout at Kenmore, which I think is not this one. Just clarifying! The fuel warning light was on. Started pumping fuel, then realised I didn't have my card with me. Immediately stopped fuelling the car and went inside to explain. It was a couple of dollars of petrol at best, I think. They refused to accept payment over the phone and declined any other payment arrangement, except to return within 24 hours to pay. In itself, I have absolutely no problem with that - but they said they would treat the matter as a drive-off, which makes it potentially criminal. No offer to manage a mistake with courtesy or compassion. My partner arranged for a friend in the local area to go pay for the fuel to save me a return trip. Needless to say, I will never stop at this petrol station again. It's a pity I have to give them one star in order to post this message.
