Such amazing service! I was having trouble finding the right hiking boot for my upcoming trip and Freya was so patient and understanding! I ended up finding the perfect ones and it’s all thanks to her! Such a legend!

Great service, this morning I went into the Highpoint Kathmandu store and was greeted and served by Kristian. I was returning my online purchase and wanted to make a new purchase. He made the whole process of doing this run smoothly, and he even went over my exceptions by letting head office know that I went instore to return my item and to cancel the return query I had raised. Thanks once again for your great service today.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. Customer service is an absolute disgrace! Especially Kris!! I wonder what sort of customer service training these guys get. I’m am absolutely shocked!! I don’t believe Kathmandu would make people with street language and no manners to represent their store.

I can't commend Freya and Chelsea from Kathmandu Highpoint high enough for how above and beyond they went in serving their members!We had a complicated item-exchange situation that may have costed us 50% more had Freya not helped us. She clearly understands how the internal system works at the store.Been a member since we got to Australia, and will continue to be.Excellent customer service!

We went to buy my son a jacket, we chose this store as it was the only one showing it had stock on hand.On arrival we went to see and try the jacket but there wasn't any there? We asked for assistance and the guy just didn't want to know us he just said there is no stock I then told him that it showing online that there is stock?Well we don't have any.it could be down stairs? I asked if he could check? He came back not even 30 seconds and said there is no stock? Not a mention of when they would expect any nothing. I thought this to be rude and unprofessional. So we went over the road where they were happy to take the time and get us the right jacket.
