Ice cream cake was not at all how pictured. Other stores have had no problem producing good ice cream cakes, but it was less than half the size for the same price and toddler scrawl on top.

Baskin-Robbins is always a fantastic experience for the family. Various kinds of ice cream and cakes are available. Heaps of parking spaces available in this market so no problems with parking.There is a decent size sitting place in this shop so you can have family fun while having delicious experience or cake experience.In Browns plain shop, Staff is very helpful and also you don't waste a lot of time in the queue as they are quite fast in serving ice creams or cakes. broo the staff are so friendly, they really know how to talk to customers. best icecream from here. btw (shocking) ordering online makes the icecream melt, so maybe try ordering in.I go there all the time, they even remember my order! such beautiful people.

Came in with my husband and daughter for lunch on 17th June. We've been coming here for ice cream dates every Friday for the last 4 years with no problems at all but today we received a banana split and banana royal which were half the size of what we usually get. When I asked for proper sized scoops, she said she would have to charge me more! My daughter also received the wrong flavour. We won't be coming back and will start going to Sweet Republick instead.

It was closed at 5 p.m. on December 31 due to a problem with the maintenance. It is questionable how the problem is so fitting, the store showed an apology for the customer's inconvenience through a scribbled handwriting as if they wanted to go somewhere in a hurry. Next time, Please change the operating hours on Google Maps in advance so that customers who visit the store don't spend the end of the year as precious as you do.
