MCAS Superstore Dandenong

Massive thanks to Callum for hooking me up with my first bike.went above and beyond to make sure i had all the right info. very patient with a beginner , highly recommend MCAS Dandy ask for Callum you wont be disappointed . ( 5 stars not enough )

I bought a textile jacket and within a month the lettering stared to peel along the front. Returned the jacket and within 10 minutes the store person had called the company’s rep and replaced the jacket under warranty. Excellent service and always happy to help. Thanks again!

Popped in yesterday for a visor it turned out they didn’t have in stock. Anika spent 15 minutes ringing suppliers , found one, arranged delivery and this morning sent me tracking number. Good work girl.

3 different prices from 3 different staff in one day. They got 2 stars for being able to price match, which I do appreciate in these harsh economical times. However you are left to feel like they are doing you a HUGE favour to fit your tyres for you. Where is the customer service gone?

I purchased a motorcycle helmet (Medium size) online from this company, following their sizing guidelines, unfortunately when it arrived and I tried it on the pads around my face squeezed my cheeks so hard it cut off the blood flow and when I removed it I felt very dizzy. I contacted the Dandenong Store and the store person said bring it in and the would exchange it for a larger one (which apparently is not their policy and breach’s the safety guidelines which I only found out later). I returned the helmet to the store and they swapped it over for a larger one no questions asked and did not inform of their no exchange policy on helmets at that time.I unfortunately did not try the larger one on in the store before I left as I assumed moving up a size should definitely give me more room on the face pads. When I got home I tried it on and the same problem existed (I think my face shape is just not suited to this style/brand of helmet).I returned to the Dandenong store thinking I would simply be given a refund for a product that unfortunately was not fit for the purpose I purchased it for, upon explaining my dilemma with the helmet the sales person tried to upsell me to a more expensive product I explained to him I could not afford that, at that point the assistant manager got involved and said they could not refund me as they have a no refund/exchange policy on helmets as I could have dropped it or anything and they could not resell it, I said to him look at the helmet it has not got a mark on it I only took it out of box to try it on and once I realised I was having the same problem I had with the medium size I put it straight back in box and waited till I could return it to your store.A couple of things I find extremely disturbing about this is1. They exchanged the first helmet without a problem and did not say they could not sell it as I may have dropped it and I’m pretty sure it went straight back on their shelves for sell to some other customer…2. If I was prepared to pay more money they would’ve exchanged helmet, which just seem to be in opposition to assistant managers statement about why they could not refund me.As you can see by pictures attached the helmet was in the exact condition I received it in.I will never use this company again and I hope anyone reading this review will be very cautious with any dealings they have with them.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE AFTER SALES SERVICE

Great store, huge store. Sooooo many options, brands, price points. Worth stopping in for a look, but you probably won't leave empty handed.

Great place to shop. A very large store with a wide range of products. Good service and advice without pressure. Extensive offroad parking outside.
